When updating your address with TIAA-CREF, be aware that this does not automatically update it with CIGNA Health, CIGNA Vision, CIGNA HMO Dental, or Superior Dental. For these providers, Human Resources will forward your updated address to them.
To update your address with Human Resources, you are advised to contact them directly. Their contact number is (440) 775-8430. Once you've updated your information with Human Resources, they will forward the updates to CIGNA, TIAA-CREF, and Superior Dental, if applicable.
