Stalker, identified as Chris Robshaw's tormentor, persistently bullies celebrities into disseminating fabrications about the rugby star on social media, despite having been apprehended by authorities.
Chris Robshaw, the retired professional rugby union player who made a splash on the dance floor of Strictly Come Dancing, has found himself in an unexpected ordeal. Last July, Robshaw attended the same event as a persistent stalker, who has since been identified as Natalie Edwards.
Edwards, known to police for similar behaviour in the past, began a campaign of harassment against Robshaw. Her actions escalated to the point where she made physical threats, not only towards Robshaw but also towards his children. This led Robshaw to alert the authorities.
Robshaw, who is determined not to sue Edwards due to suspected mental health issues, believes she needs help instead. Edwards has been messaging celebrities, including broadcaster Narinder Kaur, with outlandish claims about Robshaw and his wife, Camilla Kerslake.
Robshaw's spokeswoman was approached for comment by The Sun, with Robshaw himself choosing to focus on his dancing rather than the drama. The Corporation is supporting Robshaw during this difficult time, and he does not want special treatment due to his TV appearance.
Those close to Robshaw claim that the harassment has continued, with Edwards now believed to have left the country. Robshaw's friend hopes that any celebrities approached by Edwards will not pay her any attention and flag the notes to the police.
In a concerning turn of events, Edwards has also threatened to call social services regarding Robshaw's children. As a result, she is currently on the National Police Wanted List.
This is not the first time Edwards has targeted celebrities. In the past, she has harassed others and spread false claims on social media. The authorities are urging anyone who has been contacted by Edwards to report the incidents immediately.
Robshaw and his wife, Kerslake, are known for their quiet and private lives. Kerslake was at home with their children when Edwards claimed they were at the same event. The public is encouraged to respect their privacy during this challenging time.
