Session of SCLT Provides Creekside Yoga Experience
Join the Sheridan Community Land Trust for a unique yoga experience on Saturday, August 9, 2025, from 9:00 to 10:00 a.m. at the Big Goose Natural Area, located at 14 Lane Ln., Sheridan, WY.
The "Yoga on the Creek" event is a free, all-ages session that offers a chance to practice gentle outdoor yoga alongside the serene Big Goose Creek. The session will be led by Amanda Baker of A Place of Wholeness, accompanied by the soothing tunes of Austin Taylor's live acoustic guitar.
This yoga session is designed to be a relaxing and rejuvenating experience for participants, encouraging them to connect with their bodies and the landscape. As you flow through the centering practice and settle into a grounding relaxation, you'll be immersed in the natural sounds of the creek, creating a truly peaceful morning of movement, connection, and scenic nature experience.
