Organised by the Department of Physical Culture and Sports of the city, these classes aim to promote a healthy lifestyle, increase physical activity, and improve the emotional state of the city's residents.
The classes will be held three times a week: on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays, from 19:00 to 20:00 each day. Six locations have been provided across different districts of the city, making it convenient for everyone to join.
In the "Saryarka" district, the "Yoga" park on Mambetova Street, 1, will be the venue for the classes. The "Presidential" park in the "Saryashik" district and "Zhetysu" park in the "Yesil" district are other locations where you can find these sessions. The "Almaty" district will host the classes at both the Triathlon park and "Zheruiyik" park. Central park in the "Nura" district is another location where you can join in the yoga classes.
Each participant will be provided with an individual mat, and the classes will be led by professional yoga instructors. For any questions, you can reach out to the call center at 7 707 777 88 82.
