Oura Launches Health Panels: Combining Ring Data and Blood Tests for Comprehensive Health Insights
Oura, the renowned ring-based health tracking company, has introduced Health Panels. These panels combine Oura Ring data with blood biomarkers, offering U.S. residents aged 18 to 64 a comprehensive look into their health. The service is HSA and FSA eligible, but not available in certain states.
Oura members can now schedule lab tests at over 2,000 locations nationwide, directly through the Oura app, thanks to a partnership with Quest Diagnostics. The Health Panels cost $99 and track over 50 cardiometabolic blood markers, providing a detailed insight into one's health.
The service is designed to empower proactive health management. It connects blood results ('what') with Oura Ring data ('why'), offering personalized tips and recommendations through Oura Advisor. Licensed clinicians review test results, which are then presented in the Oura app with simplified visuals highlighting key trends.
