A study conducted by a team of South Korean researchers, led by Dr. Roh, found a significant increase in the risk of several serious neurological diseases among vaccinated individuals. The study reported a 44% increase in the risk of Ischemic Stroke, a 50% increase in the risk of Cerebral Hemorrhage, a 67% increase in the risk of Transient Ischemic Attack (TIA), a 165% increase in the risk of Myelitis, and a 71% increase in the risk of Myasthenia Gravis. The study also found that mRNA shots increase the risk of cognitive impairment by 137.7%.

Alzheimer's disease has surged 22.5% in older adults who received COVID-19 vaccines, according to Roh's study. Hulscher has also claimed that cognitive impairment has increased by 140% among those who received mRNA jabs. He describes the mRNA vaccines as a "chemical lobotomy" and has been vocal about the dangers he perceives.

However, it's crucial to approach these claims with caution. While Hulscher points to some observational data and studies to support his claims, these claims are not supported by a broad base of peer-reviewed, high-quality scientific evidence as understood by the wider medical and scientific community. The existing credible research and pharmacovigilance data indicate that serious brain damage or neurological disorders caused by mRNA COVID-19 vaccines are extremely rare or unsubstantiated.
