Mental Health Weeks Unveiled
In an update, the District Administration and the Psychiatry Coordination Office of the Health Department have announced the new dates for the postponed events as part of the "Weeks of Mental Health" in Neuwied.
The much-anticipated reading "Carnival in the Head" by Angelina Boerger will now take place on January 8, 2026, at 6 PM at the VHS Newwied. Guests are invited to arrive at 5 PM for admission. This event is organised by Franziskaner Mobil with financial support from the District Administration and the LZG.
The lecture "Mental Load", initially postponed due to unforeseen circumstances, has been rescheduled to November 14, 2025, at 5 PM at the HTZ. Those interested can register for the lecture via 02631-9656100 or [email protected].
The "Weeks of Mental Health" events are being extended to provide more opportunities for the community to engage in discussions and events centred around mental health.
Aside from these events, the photo exhibition "Depths of the Soul" is also part of the "Weeks of Mental Health" and will be extended in Linz am Rhein until November 5. The exhibition can be found at the ASD Day Care Center "Im Rosengarten", located in Linz am Rhein.
