Lineage, Nature's Touch Donate 6,000 lbs of Strawberries to Remote Quebec Schools
Lineage Foundation for Good, in collaboration with Nature's Touch, has donated over 6,000 pounds of frozen strawberries to remote Quebec schools. This initiative, facilitated by Lineage's Customer Product Donation program, aims to increase access to nutritious frozen food for students in these communities.
Lineage, leveraging its cold storage and transportation solutions, safely delivered the frozen strawberries to schools in Nunavik. The Breakfast Club of Canada assisted with the final leg of the delivery, ensuring the produce reached its destination via plane. This partnership has allowed Nature's Touch to extend its community impact to previously inaccessible areas, providing students with healthier food options.
The combined efforts of Lineage Foundation for Good, Nature's Touch, and the Breakfast Club of Canada have resulted in a significant donation of nutritious frozen strawberries to remote Quebec schools. This collaboration not only ensures students have access to healthier food choices but also expands Nature's Touch's community impact.
