The article "On-Campus Clinic Vaccinates Over 350 Students" was published in the "News" section and was edited by Lizzie Swanson '28, Lilly Baumfeld '28, and Zexuan Qu '28. The vaccination clinic took place on April 27, where over 350 students received their vaccinations.

The vaccination requirement for returning students, excluding those with medical or religious exemptions, was announced by President Rev. Philip Boroughs, S.J. in an email sent on April 27. This decision is part of Holy Cross's commitment to ensuring the safety and well-being of its students.

The next vaccine clinic will take place on October 25 on the fourth floor of Hogan. Walk-ins are welcome, but students can also sign up beforehand using a QR code or link. Holy Cross Health Services offers vaccines including those for influenza, COVID-19, and Tdap (tetanus, diphtheria, and pertussis).

Getting vaccinated against the flu can help protect the individual and those around them. It is important to note that the flu virus can infect others one day before symptoms appear and up to five to seven days after becoming sick. It is recommended to rest, drink plenty of fluids, and take over-the-counter medication if sick.

As of August 28, 2025, there are no specific search results providing the upcoming vaccine clinic dates or direct offerings for flu, COVID-19, and Tdap vaccines at Holy Cross. To find the most accurate information, it is recommended to:

  1. Check Holy Cross Hospital’s official website or patient portal directly for their updated immunization clinics schedule.
  2. Contact Holy Cross Hospital’s outpatient or community health services department.
  3. Monitor local public health announcements or University of Utah Health press releases related to Holy Cross.

In addition, Julia Maher '23 wrote the article "Holy Cross Should Require COVID-19 Vaccinations" in the "Opinions" section.
