For the Citrus-Spiced Wine Infusions:
Red wine infusion:1. Pop all the spices into a hot skillet and 🔥 it up until it's fragrant, around 3 minutes. Transfer the goodness to a mixing bowl.2. Peel the citrus zest and chuck it in the bowl. Add the wine and combine. Let it sit out for 3 hours or refrigerate for up to a day.
White wine infusion:1. Repeat the spice-toasting process with the white wine items.2. Zest the citrus and fold it into the bowl. Let it chill for 3 hours or refrigerate for up to a day.
For the drink:1. Chill a cocktail glass for 5 minutes. Add 1 ounce of red wine infusion, white wine infusion, and Sanbitter to your cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake like a polaroid picture until it's cold, about 30 seconds.2. Strain the drink into the chilled glass and garnish with an orange twist - serve it up and enjoy!
