Ain't This Something?

I couldn't find a damn recipe for a "Tin Roof Milkshake" with vanilla ice cream, peanuts, and hot fudge. But I ain't one to back down, so here's a recipe based on those tasty ingredients.

Tin Roof-Inspired Milkshake Recipe

Ingredients:- 1 cup vanilla ice cream (use a high-quality, creamy ice cream)- 1/4 cup whole Spanish peanuts (chopped)- 2 tablespoons hot fudge sauce (you can make your own or use store-bought)- 1/2 cup milk (or to taste for thickness)- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)- Whipped cream and additional peanuts for topping (optional)

Instructions:1. Prepare your ingredients: - If using whole Spanish peanuts, chop them into smaller pieces to distribute evenly throughout the milkshake. - Ensure your hot fudge sauce is at room temperature for smooth blending.

  1. Blend the milkshake:
  2. Place the ice cream, chopped peanuts, and hot fudge sauce into a blender.
  3. Add milk and vanilla extract (if using) to the blender.
  4. Blend on medium to high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy, stopping to scrape down the sides of the blender if needed.
  5. Taste and adjust:
  6. If the milkshake is too thick, add a bit more milk. If it's too thin, add a bit more ice cream.
  7. Adjust the sweetness or flavor to your liking.
  8. Serve:
  9. Pour into a glass and top with whipped cream and additional chopped peanuts if desired.
  10. Enjoy:
  11. Serve immediately while the whipped cream is fresh and the ice cream is cold.
