- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/3 cup unsalted butter
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 Tahitian vanilla bean
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons malt powder
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
For the Bittersweet Hot Fudge Sauce:
- In a medium saucepan, combine the heavy cream, sugar, and cocoa powder over medium heat.
- Stir it constantly until the sugar has dissolved and it starts to boil (about 3-4 minutes).
- Remove the saucepan from heat and whisk in the butter and vanilla extract.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before pouring over your ice cream sundae.

- 3 tablespoons malt powder
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
- Combine the heavy cream, whole milk, salt, and vanilla bean in a large saucepan and heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the sugar, malt powder, and egg yolks.
